I tried the seven minute workout, but I couldn’t commit that kind of time. So I switched to six minute abs. But it hardly seemed worth 360 seconds when I’m already known for my signature one-pack. Then I came across something called the 1-minute workout. But I found myself saying, “I’ll get to it in a minute.” Well, I think I may have finally found the program that I can squeeze into my schedule.
