Many countries have limits on the number of children that can be conceived via a single sperm donor. In the US, there are no such laws. Meanwhile, DNA testing, online registries, and social media have made it increasingly possible for donor siblings to meet each other and the donor they share in common. Kianni Arroyo has met many of her donor siblings and she’s “on a quest to meet them all, chronicling her journey on Instagram. She has to use an Excel spreadsheet to keep them all straight. ‘We have a connection. It’s hard to explain, but it’s there.'” It’s actually not that hard to explain.
