Working the Night Shift

Turn off your screens. Meditate. Use wearable monitors. Change the temperature. Try this drug. When it comes to the importance of getting a good night’s sleep, we are bombarded with enough advice, devices and consumables to keep us up all night. A couple of new studies are giving us a better idea of why we should sleep in the first place. It turns out, that among other things, we sleep to forget some of the things we learn each day.
